A bit about me: I worked in healthcare for nearly 15 years. While working the night shift, I spent my free time learning about investing & building cash flow. I was introduced to real estate by my mom who sent me a YouTube video of two young guys explaining the concept of “wholesaling”. I was hooked! After researching & soul-searching, I decided to take the dive & get my real estate license. I was quickly introduced to the world of commercial & residential investing, capital raising, & development. I decided not to take the traditional real estate agent path & instead became a real estate investment advisor. I’ve consulted buyers, sellers, and agents on investment property valuation, 1031 exchange, sales/marketing strategy, etc. A bit about LS Frazier Property Development: With the new shifts in the real estate environment in South Carolina, I saw an opportunity to take a new direction in my business. The Upstate has a tremendous demand for housing. However, there is also an incredible supply of vacant infill lots & properties needing basic repairs & upgrades to be eligible for an end-buyer to secure a traditional mortgage. My goal for LS Frazier is to focus on mixed-income, “missing middle” style housing and infill retail commercial development.
