Joshua Aden

My name is Joshua Aden, and I’ve been interested in Real Estate ever since I was little, and my parents turned their primary residence into a rental property. I was born in raised in Portland, Oregon, but I know live in Seattle, Washington, and work for First Security Bank in the Consumer Lending Department. Through my current job, I’ve been able to partner with some of the top contractors in the northwest and help them finance their customer’s home renovation projects. I'm also well connected with some of the top investor-friendly contractors, lenders, and residential/commercial agents in the Portland and Seattle Metro Area.
