I recently moved to Ocala, FL to pursue real estate full time with my wonderful husband of 13 years and our three children ages 9, 7, & 4. We lived in WA state prior, and we had implemented “house hacking” 4 different times, and achieved 3 doors +parking we were able to rent out. We sold all of our WA real estate in order to concentrate our efforts to Florida. My husband and I have two Short Term Rentals up and running and we are currently seeking more Short term rental opportunities. We are actively searching for more single family homes or small multi families in A or B neighborhoods to BRRRR. We are also looking into building on a lot we purchased along with the first Short Term Rental and are in the process of becoming a licensed general contractor in Florida. We both love to travel, and try new things. I have owned horses off and on for most of my life, and love eventing. We are both avid readers as well. My husband has also picked up mountain biking since we moved to Florida. We can’t wait to get to know the Ocala area better. Let me know if you are in the area, we would love to meet up!
