Hi, I am relatively new to real estate investing, but I have a big desire to succeed and am always looking to learn new things. I am a quick learner and willing to help when the need arises. I am looking for now really to start with flipping houses or to buy and hold for rent. I have some type of idea as to how I would like to go about it.
