Shamus Quirk

Hello Bigger Pockets! I'm Shamus Quirk, formally a professionally trained chef of ten years who decided I wanted out of the restaurant industry. I always knew there was a better way to accomplish my financial goals and I always knew real estate was going to be my main vehicle to get me to them. I got tired of eighty hour work weeks with little time to think about how I was going meet my goals so I got out of the business for a custom cabinet making job. During my transitional time I also got my Massachusetts and New Hampshire real estate salesperson license. Since then I have been working with homeowners, investors and house flippers to help them realize their financial goals and now I want to focus on building my own business, Red Hat Realty Investments LLC.
