I am a licensed Realtor who is very passionate about investment real estate. I go the extra mile for you the client to ensure you get the best information possible to make an informed decision. I am an investor myself and bring not only knowledge of the area but many resources to include management, contractors, banking relationships, title relationships, even pest control! I currently own 20 rentals. Have flipped houses. Have been involved in wholesaling and whole tailing. I am versed in novations and sub 2 deals. I have even worked with the Pace Morby method! I am a retired Council Bluffs firefighter. I also retired from the Guard. These two things allow me to work for you because my bills are paid. Not many Relators can say that!
