Originally from the US (Eau Claire, Wisconsin), I am a real estate investor and part time property manager living in Germany. I manage multiple single family homes and own several rentals in my area. I am looking to expand my rental assets and continue learning on how to increase my financial and investing intelligence. By trade, I am a full time Network Engineer and love designing/troubleshooting IT networks! Experience: Part time property management in Germany for English speaking owners of single family homes. Own multiple properties myself. Real Estate Goals: My goals are to continue learning what opportunities are available here in Germany and how to use real estate as an independent stream of income. I would like to be able to give back to my community through various means, and I believe having the independent stream of income will give me the time to accomplish this.
