Shane Cloutier

Hello everyone, I'm an indie game developer who has decided to branch out laterally into real estate. My wife Tameka and I live in the northern part of New Hampshire. Our local area is quite rural and we hope to help improve these lovely little towns by fixing up the properties that have unfortunately fallen into disrepair. Many of the BiggerPockets connected members and real estate agents come from the southern half of the state. We hope to act as a bridge, bringing the talents of BP to the northern half and sharing the profits with investors willing to partner with those of us in the north ready to do the ground work.
