My property investments and holdings are currently all international. It's been painful to access finance in the US but we (my wife and I), are now in a position to continue to invest in property. Experience: All my experience is back in my home country of Australia. While there are many similarities I have found myself hesitant with my real estate investing here in the USA. My experience is with SFH's (we still have them though it provides plenty of tax issues for us). Real Estate Goals: I have personal goals of being able to have enough of a passive income for our family to be able to do the things we want to do (vacations, education, etc). We also have goals that are philanthropic in nature. Currently Seeking: I think an experienced person who'd be willing to look over deals to ensure i'm not missing something - I think this is really just a confidence issue.
