I'm a husband and father. I work full time in sales leadership and am a passive multi family real estate investor. Ideally, looking to transition to full-time investor if my new investments in real estate provide ample ROI. Experience: I own two condos in florida that I've rented out for the last ten years. I am also actively pursuing multi family investments in the NC, SC and the southeast. Real Estate Goals: I want to create passive income while working full time in the near term. Then, long-term, move to a full time investor role by building a portfolio of multi family properties.
