My personal goal is to use real estate to hit my "financial freedom number", and then use the rest as a way to pursue my longtime love of the arts. I also would like to be an example for my younger nieces and nephews. My immediate goal however, is to use real estate to pay off my student loans (approximately $25,000). After that I will switch gears and begin acquiring rentals. Currently Seeking: Teamwork makes the dream work! I'm looking for dependable people in Indianapolis, IN to add to every aspect of my team. Examples would be: great contractors, reliable wholesalers, financiers, other professionals with experience who would like to partner.
