I am super interested in commercial syndication. I’ve been studying and practicing underwriting deals for the last 5 years. I moved to Dominican Republic for business in 2017 and now I’m back in Chicago. To gain more refined knowledge I obtained a real estate license in Indiana and Illinois. I have a great network of investors now I just need a sponsor. I am on BP to gain more knowledge and network.
