I'm an active-duty military, single father in the DMV area. While I'm writing this bio, I'm in my mid-30s. I come from humble beginnings and a lack of any significant financial education. When my son came into this world, so did my curiosity for a better life. My new-found desire to improve our position has taken me on a journey of books, podcasts, and discussions in all manner of fields related to the subject of wealth and its accumulation. My current front runner...real estate! I've been in the learning phase for about a year now. Truth be told, I haven't quite made it to the analysis paralysis stage yet because I haven't made it to the analysis stage yet. Haha. I've identified goal setting, social engineering, niche picking, backwards planning, and getting organized as my biggest weaknesses at the moment. So look at me, setting up my bio and taking a small action toward my objective. It's all about the consistent small steps forward, right?
