I am a real estate consultant/wholesaler/ landlord in Chicago, IL. I bring sellers to buyers and buyers to sellers...and provide everything else in between. I got into wholesaling in 2013 and made my first profit in June 2014. Wholesaling is not as easy as I thought it would be, but it is profitable and has built alot of confidence in my abilities. Before wholesaling, I worked in the customer service industry for 8 years and I have converted the hard work ethic and communication skills that I acquired over those years into making myself a successful entrepreneur. I bought my first property, a buy/hold 3 unit, using owner financing in 2014. Currently, I am in pursuit of investing in my first fix&flip.
