I am interested in purchasing a few rental properties as a long term investment. I plan to use the income to pay off my student loan, build assets for my kids and invest in other opportunities. I learned what little I know from owning a home and a short stint as a landlord to family. I’m looking to expand that knowledge and create a portfolio.
