Rental Property Investor
I am a kindergarten teacher full time but many years ago I was an escrow officer. I’ve always been interested in real estate and sometimes spend hours online just looking at properties for sale all over the country. I currently own 6 homes here in California. Four are rented out, one I live in, and one I’m currently renovating with my son so we can flip it. Flipping is a LOT harder that buy and hold properties! We are learning a lot of valuable lessons together!
