Experience: Most of my background is in small business. I was a part owner in a multi unit commercial building. In 2016 I did a 1031 exchange into turnkey single family rentals. Have since added 2 more SFR rentals and sold 2. I am working on fine tuning my portfolio to improve the quality of the rental units I will hold long term. I have done some private lending with mixed results. This year I began investing in syndicated projects of large apartment complexes. Real Estate Goals: I want to get more rental units using the BRRR strategy. I also would like to invest in more syndicated projects. Currently Seeking: Looking at investing in rental properties in Charlotte, and Indianapolis.
