I am a part time real estate investor looking to expand into a larger portfolio with MFHs (and along the way more STRs.). Update: Bought my first MF (duplex) cash in November 2019. Placed my primary home on the market to gain some liquidity as of 2021. Seeking to maximize my assets by any means necessary.
