Sharon Powell

I'm a realtor and soon to be investor in Houston, TX. I've always wanted to own some investment properties for some residual income. Due to the decline in the Oil & Gas industry I was laid off. It's been a good thing to provide me with opportunities. I can't wait to read the forums and learn more about this business. Experience: I'm a license realtor in Texas for the past 3 years. I have no experience in the investment world, however I'm here to learn from the best. Real Estate Goals: Own some SFR and multi-family properties. At least 5 over the next 5 years. Currently Seeking: Advice and information on real estate investment
