Sharon Thayer

Sharon Thayer is a licensed Realtor, specializing in Real Estate Consulting for Delphi Capital Advisors. Sharon’s focus is finding solutions to your real estate problems. She interacts with attorneys, builders and contractors on behalf of her clients to solve such problems as lien mitigation, recovering clients’ monetary losses, arranging for legal representation and negotiating fees. She evaluates clients’ needs and determines cost-effective solutions. Sharon bases her success on her high level of motivation, efficiency, pride and ability to meet objectives, along with her tenacity and excellent communication skills. Upon her arrival in California 10 years ago, she established herself as a top-producing Realtor for RE/MAX Gold in El Dorado Hills, both in the residential and land development arenas. Today, in addition to her consulting business, she remains an authority on land development in the El Dorado Hills area, and surrounding communities, while working closely with her husband, a Commercial Developer. Full circle has a special meaning for Sharon. Straight out of high school her first job was with Trans World Airlines (TWA). As the first female customer service agent in St. Louis, she showed proficiency in handling passenger/airline problems with regard to over-sales, misconnections, reservation errors, etc. Sharon has continued with excellence in problem solving skills throughout her life. A graduate of St. Louis University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Sharon went into the Beauty Business, developing a program, which included skin analysis and techniques in makeup artistry. During her 10 years living abroad, she interacted with top European cosmetic companies in establishing a company known as “Women at Risk”, an organization that helped under-privileged women re-enter the work force with skills obtained from a team of professionals who volunteered their time and expertise. As a mother of two children, Sharon used her skills in various volunteer positions, such as fundraising for the St. Louis County School District. She was instrumental in launching many projects throughout her 6 year tenior, including chairperson for the annual book fairs, sponsor of sporting events, PTA President, and organized volunteers for school activities. She spearheaded a program still in force today by creating a directory of classic books for each grade level, frequently arranging author appearances. She generated revenue that increased the schools’ profits by 125%. Today, Sharon uses her lifelong skills in helping countless clients achieve their goals. Sharon has traveled extensively and enjoys visiting with her and her husband’s extended family of 7 children. She loves to cook and entertain friends, snow skiing, dancing and reading every John Grisham novel.
