With a single family house and condo in my portfolio in NY, I am looking to expand into the Northern NJ and Philly areas with a purchase of a multi-family unit possibly with a commercial unit. Having been a buy and hold investor for a few years, I am also looking to learn how to continue to improve management of existing properties and tenants as well as hone financial criteria for entering into a new purchase.
