My husband and I both work (Nurse and Lineman) and I am almost finished a second degree in college. We have 3 kids, & love anything outdoors, but enough about hobbies... let talk about our passion. We first started by renting our previous home out and have bought 3 buy and hold SFH’s since. In the past year we have together read probably 40 REI books, spend countless hours on BP Podcasts, forums etc. and have a goal this year to obtain at least 3 new properties (one being multifamily). Long term goal- is to have “the 4 hour work week” and watch our money work for us while we sleep within the next 10 years (hopefully sooner!!). Would love to network with other investors in the area who would love to chat about anything related or any great advice!!
