Shaun Calloway

Update - My name is still Shaun ;), I am now 32 about to turn 33, I still have the same beautiful wife, my daughter just turned 5, my "on the way" son is now 3, and we have 1yr old twin boys. My company has me on a project in the Houston Area until, at least, April of 2019. I did not make good on my commitment to start that summer. I feel that I am ready to get past my doubt and worry about leaping into this (slowly - a slow fall) with all these beautiful little responsibilities, who fully depend on me, (4 kids 5 and under equals stay-at-home wife/mother). In order to make a better future for them, be able to spend more time watching them grow, and to challenge and grow myself: I must make this leap. I've been reading and listening and working out deals in spreadsheets for years now. It's time to put it in action. My name is Shaun, I am 29, have a beautiful wife and 1 1/2 yr daughter and another on the way. I have been passionately interested in RE investing for years now but have never taken the plunge. That's going to change this summer.
