Shawn Costley

Greetings to everyone! My name is Shawn Costley and I am located in Huntsville, Alabama. I am a long-term buy and hold investor of single-family up to 4-unit residences (four-plexes) in Huntsville, Madison County and the surrounding counties. I am also studying two other geographic areas (Montgomery AL and Rome GA) as possible long distance investing candidates. I am interested in purchasing properties (with or without tenants) in turn-key or near turn-key condition that require minimal work to get to "rent ready" standard Also, however, I am diligently looking for properties that are excellent candidates in which to incorporate BRRRR (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance & Repeat) strategies. My goal in 2021 is to put a strategy in place that will result in the purchase of one property per quarter. Within the next seven years, i would like to have 70 units in my portfolio. I am ever learning, but am also about taking action. I love sharing what I know and assisting others where I can. I am very open to partnering with other investors on various projects as well when the opportunity and deal makes sense. "Collaboration" typically trumps "Competition" in my book....
