Shawn Clark

Grew up in Maryland, finished college in Florida, then came back to Maryland. Was in (mostly commercial) construction for 18 years. Started flipping in 2003 and buying rentals in 2005. Currently a real estate agent and mold remediator with a proprietary enzyme product. Still own 4 rental properties. Want to learn wholesaling, notes, and tax sales. I am a golfer, snowboarder, private pilot, and certified scuba diver. I'm also a proficient boater although I don't own a boat. I grew up sailing with my parents, and my best friend owns a marina and boat rental in the Bahamas.
