Life is good in coastal, north San Diego county. This is a great place to live and real estate here is amazing, but expensive. I've been doing deals since 2000 and deals out of state since 2014 so any good deal is a deal worth looking at. I would love to meet some like minded locals to talk shop and socialize with too. I am up to 12 doors and have an small inventory of potential holds being nurtured through the tax lien process. Real Estate Goals: I'm looking for opportunities to invest some of my cash into undervalued properties in order to achive some short term gains. I would like to roll some gains into solid hold properties that will achive a high cash on cash return and have some potential long term appreciation.
