My husband and I retired from the Air Force a few years ago and relocated to Tucson, AZ. I started a new career as a residential real estate agent and loved it! Just as I was starting to do really well, I encountered some health issues that have put that career on hold. I don't know if I'll ever be up for driving clients all over town again, but I love real estate (& working when I'm able!), so exploring the investment side of real estate makes perfect sense for me. I've kept my license, Realtor, and MLS membership, so if anyone in the area needs help with comps, etc, just let me know.
