We are a dynamic duo team team and we are currently investors in Northern California. My husband has 25+ years of construction experience and I am the IT/Business side of the shop. Our goal is to build up our portfolio of rentals to allow us enough passive income so I can quite my J.O.B. in the next 2 years. I currently work as a Business Analyst in the IT division of a major healthcare provider in Northern California. I am a self-professed GEEK and I am passionate about anything to do with technology! We now have a couple of deals under our belt and are always on the look out for new deals in our area. We are always on the look out for Joint Venture deal partnerships.
