I live in Alameda and work in San Francisco. I'm actively seeking private investors, partners, advisors, and especially deals per my strategy described below. As many do here, I work in technology sales, however have never loved the 9-5 (rather 7 - 7) grind. My strategy is to build up a portfolio of 25 1 - 4 unit assets that are cashflow positive within the next 5 years. This is a stepping stone to taking on larger, 10 - 15 unit buildings once I've cut my teeth and built up a steady income. My primary goal right now is to build my network of investors and my own team so I have a large group of folks to learn and do business with, that I can trust.
