I just moved to Indianapolis couple months ago to set up an order fulfillment center for one of the companies I own. All of my real estate holdings are currently in Los Angeles market. I started with SFR in 2012 and picked up handful over the years. I also collected a several industrial properties. I picked up a shopping center last year with highly rated national anchor tenant. I am currently looking to adventure the multi family space ( some will say market is too hot right now and I am a few years too late). I’m looking to network with BP members who can help me get to my goal of 1000 units in next 5 years. Update: Unloaded all of the properties in LA and exchanged them with a few hundred units around Indy. Working on stabilizing one complex @ a time. Update: Finished first project with unbelievable results. It did break my back physically and mentally to go through the experience. Working on 2nd, 3rd and 4th apartment complex rehab. Experience from the 1st project is definitely making the current projects easier. Update: Closing on my 15th property soon. Over 725 unit count plus couple of commercial properties in current portfolio. Looking @ deals every day to get over the 1000 mark sooner then later.
