About myself
I'm looking to make my first purchase by November 2018. I'm searching for an out of state rehab property I can pick up cheap so that I can build up some capital. Then I will be purchasing out of state properties to buy and hold. Ultimately, I'd like to progress to multifamily units, but baby steps.
