caught the real estate bug in 2014 being a new SAHM a friend/agent trained me to pull comps for him, taught me wholesaling and walked me through the process of offers>contracts>assignments>closing. havn't looked back since I love the creativity involved with real estate and Ive developed a passion for helping ppl and solving problems. helping the ppl that need to get out from under these problem burden houses. Helping the neighborhood by improving the eye soar that has been there for yrs. And helping otherwise unqualified home buyers achieve the dream of home ownership by owner financing. looking to build relationships with money sources private and commercial. and love to shadow investors that buy my deals and flippers/investors and am originally from Hawaii it is on my vision board to hv a condo with view of diamond head and ocean in Honolulu one day. .
