Shelley Clements

I’m a real estate investor and property management company owner with hands-on experience growing from 13 properties to managing nearly 700 units. Over the years, I’ve built systems for leasing, rent-ready operations, maintenance, property inspections, owner communication, team accountability, and day-to-day property management. I’m also the founder of Elevate PM Audit & Consulting, where I use that real-world experience to help property managers and real estate professionals identify operational gaps, strengthen their systems, improve accountability, and build businesses that can grow without everything depending on the owner. I joined Bigger Pockets to connect with other investors and property management professionals, share what I’ve learned, learn from others, and have real conversations about what actually works and what doesn’t in property management.
