About myself
A year and a half ago, I started researching real estate investing. Then, I remodeled my house, moved back in with my parents, and rented that house out. Last week, I bought my first house at auction, and will now be working to flip it. My business plan is to have rentals, but to use cash from flips to afford the down payments on rental properties.
