I own four 4-plexes out of state in Albuquerque, New Mexico, most of which started as seller financed deals but I have re-fied into conventional. I also own a duplex in El Paso, TX with a family member and a beach lot in Puerto Peñasco, Mexico that I hope to build on one day. I started investing at the end of 2018 and trying to make up for lost time (why did I not do this sooner?!). As an additional side hustle, I am a certified Loan Signing Agent in AZ so I can help buyers and sellers with their paperwork when closing real estate transactions. I am aiming to quit my W-2 and work in real estate full-time with a mixture of LTRs, flips and STRs.
