I am a Firefighter full time and I have fixed and flipped 11 properties as of now. I am interested in perfecting the process and making sure I'm maximizing my project potential and profit. I currently own three rental properties in a Indiana and am working on growing that. Experience: I got into house flipping two years ago. I had sold a window cleaning business and used the money to help a flipper/contractor finish a project. After the completion of that one I was able to find a private money investor to purchase the homes and I provide the reno budget. From there we have completed 6 projects... Real Estate Goals: Im in the process of getting my real estate brokers license and would like to continue the flipping process. In addition I want to start retaining some properties for future income. I would like to have a duplex for each of my boys to live in/hack and get them on there way in real estate as well. Currently Seeking: Investment partners for the purchase of distressed homes. Educational partners to help me learn and grow in this ever evolving business
