My background is in consumer finance, ran a billion dollar division for a national lender in my 20's. Quit the corporate world to invest in real estate full time, as great as my gig was, nothing is like doing it for yourself. I made millions, then lost millions. Actually spent a few years goofing off making 6 figures working 10-20 hours a week, which didn't suck, but gets kinda boring after a while.
