Hi! I have 3 single-family rental properties in the Denver metro area, have done some private lending, and invested funds in multi-family syndication deals. I'm currently evaluating purchasing and short-term renting some vacation properties, such as a beach property in Florida. I also have a bookkeeping business using QuickBooks online and am certified using that software. Real estate requires some special bookkeeping expertise. I've always wanted to do fix and flips but haven't been able to find the right partner. I have some lines of credit and a good credit score to help with the financing of a deal. I also am a great project manager, but with computer projects, not yet with construction projects. I've been learning about real estate investing going back to Carlton Sheets no money down course a very long time ago. I’m eager to learn and gain experience in any new areas of real estate investing. I would love to chat with other investors and see how I can be an active partner! On a personal note, I'm Christian and single with 2 adult daughters and 2 granddaughters. I'm blessed to be retired with a pension and I have a few side businesses, with my favorite being real estate investing. I also do a lot of volunteering. I enjoy traveling in my RV, but my favorite travel is to beach locations in exotic places. Experience: I have 3.5 rentals (1/2 is my basement apartment). 2 of them were fixer-uppers. I also have done about 4 private mortgage loans for other real estate investors. I retired from working on computer systems at a housing authority that made SF, MF, and commercial loans. I have a lot of experience with analysis and project management. Real Estate Goals: I would like to acquire the assets or income to be an accredited investor. And I also would like to eventually have ownership in an apartment building. And, I'd like some vacation property where I enjoy spending time and can rent short-term.
