I have had a passion for real estate for many, many years. At one time, I held a real estate license in LA, but that was many years and a few jobs ago. I would like to begin, in earnest, my real estate investing career. We have owned a duplex for over 10 years, bought it initially as a tax break. I want to get serious about real estate investing. I have been married for over 32 years, have two great sons and one grandson.
