• Leveraging my architectural background, I design and build additional streams of passive income for people who would like to improve their current financial situation and have more freedom with their time. Aloha everyone! My name is Sherwin Gonzales and I’m originally from Honolulu, Hawaii, but now live in the Bay Area. I started investing in real estate since 2005 to earn some passive income to supplement my professional career in architecture. Ever since I got married and now have 2 kids, time became my currency. Real estate investing has allowed me the flexibility to spend more time with my family and build legacy wealth for my kids. I co-founded my company, Flite, a private equity firm that syndicates these properties, where my team does all the work to acquire and manage commercial real estate assets that allows our investors to remain passive, while they collect double digit returns and appreciation with a protected and secured asset. It's great because since we invest as a group, we're able to present opportunities that make it affordable for people to invest in properties much bigger than they can afford or manage on their own. Outside of real estate, I enjoy snowboarding, design, and being a dad.
