Hello all! I am a construction manager learning something new everyday. I currently have a duplex in Tempe AZ and looking to add to this. It started as a house hack and now has converted to two long term units, one side furnished one side not. As of right now I am living in Germany for a project and looking to expand my experience by supporting investors in the area. I have a lot of background in contractor management, site scheduling, quality control, and building scope of work documents. I can provide support of checking in on contractors, staging rental properties, walk potential leads to give you an idea of the property in person or what the area is like, meeting with agents, and drafting scope of work for projects. My goal is to return to the US and jump into a BRRRR or Fix and flip. I will likely be moving to the east coast when I return but that has not been finalized.
