Rental Property Investor
I live near Atlanta, GA. I have been investing in real estate since 2007, currently with a special focus on short-term rentals. I participate in multifamily syndications totaling 300 units. I have also sponsored a multifamily syndication consisting of 34 units - My co-GPs and I took it from inception to disposition and made a healthy return for our investors. I am currently looking for my 2nd STR.
