I'm your typical Gov't employee who is suffering from severe burnout! After 30yrs it is time to move on but I am too young to go yet so I am hanging on for the insurance bennies and building up my RE portfolio in the mean time so when the magic day arrives I can walk out that door for the last time and walk into an already established Property Management business. I acquired my Broker's License so I could do just that and I intend on getting some training from a local RE Firm to enhance my skills. I have been 'house hacking' for years and I became a Landlord in 2016 and am very excited about the world of passive income. This will allow me a lot more freedom and opportunities to help others in need.
