I'm licensed architect here in Houston Tx. I specialize in healthcare architecture (clinics, hospitals labs...etc). I've always been into real estate. After years of saving liquidating my IRAs and Brokerage accounts, I finally was able to pull the trigger. I did four houses in in 2020 & one in 2021. I spent a lot of time getting my subcontractors together....essentially I became my own GC in order to capture more equity in my deals.
