Real Estate Agent at EXIT Realty Central, active duty Navy spouse and Airbnb Cohost. Fell in love with real estate last year after a live-in flip. Rented out the rooms at the same time through Airbnb, making it a combo house hack and live-in flip! I manage Airbnb's for others and I love helping others with questions and with setting up their short term rentals.
