Gregg Wood began his real estate, lending and investing career in 1993 as a loan specialist and with his drive and work ethic grew his personal book of business to exceed all others his first year. Mountain America Federal Credit Union recognized that he was the one they wanted to help create their mortgage division in 1993. During his 8 years with them, he helped MACU grow to be one of the largest financial and lending institutions in the state of Utah. He was recognized with many awards for production and leadership within his community. He then went on to own a mortgage company and continued to offer excellent service to his clients. He was elected by his peers to be President of the Utah Mortgage Lenders Association and served for 5 years. He forged his way as a leader in the real estate industry through countless hours of research. His knowledge of the real estate industry the trust of others allowed him to finance over a billion dollars in real estate transactions, become a successful land developer and helped build substantial wealth for his clients. He was an founding organizer of a federal thrift and served on other bank boards in Utah. He is a visionary with all things real estate and has been keen with market timing and leads his company with honor and integrity.
