I am a new investor living in Denver, Co. I am interested in Investing locally and also out of state. I enjoy travelling, outdoor activities, exercising, socializing and spending time with family. I have been involved in real estate since 2011 when I bought my first property as a flip and hold. I sold it a few years later and made close to a 150% in benefit after paying off the balance left. That's when I learned the real power of real estate. My goal now is to reach financial independence through real estate investing. I realized that I enjoy taking a property that needs work and turning it into a beautiful and comfortable place to live in. I am looking forward to applying this skill to the future rental properties I will be buying. I still have a lot to learn and am excited about all the knowledge I have been gaining and will gain by being part of the Biggerpockets family.
