Real estate investor since 2004 with a multi-state rental portfolio across five states and a background in senior technology and product roles. I care about disciplined underwriting, tax-efficient structures, and treating rentals as a real operating business. I am currently building relea.ai, a tool to make real estate underwriting faster and more rigorous, born out of my own frustration analyzing deals.
