I am a Bergen County resident and a partner in CPA firm based in the Northern New Jersey. I have clients all over the Country that range from single family home investors to major commercial developments. I'm happy to answer questions and look forward to networking opportunities with real estate investors and other real estate professionals. Experience: I lead my firm's real estate practice and play a significant role in the firm’s private client advisory group. With over 15 years of CPA experience, I bring clients a depth of experience and expertise in income tax planning, real estate and partnership taxation, business formation, and estate and gift tax planning. My role includes tax research and planning to ensure that clients are not only in compliance with the ever-changing tax laws, but also are using all opportunities available to minimize taxes and retain their wealth. I find that I'm able to help my clients for as little as $1000 per year. I have invested in multiple residential and commercial real estate projects directly and through joint ventures. This provides an additional perspective when working together with clients. Real Estate Goals: I would like to keep a pulse on the market and trends to better advise my clients.
