Alla Hermann

I'm Alla Herman. I build free, simple rent ledger spreadsheets for landlords with 1 to 4 units, and I've written 20+ plain English guides, each checked against official sources like the IRS and state law. I update them every year when the rules change. How I can help: • Setting up a simple rent ledger in Google Sheets or Excel • Recording partial payments, late fees and security deposits • Organizing your records for Schedule E at tax time Free templates at simplerentledger.com. If you have a record keeping question, send me a message. I'm happy to help.
